Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within Active Directory.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy software updates and patches.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
