Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and maintaining proper labeling.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
