Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers and delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
