Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure order accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely and accurately, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required and certified.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
