Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
