Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer orders using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Assist with equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Parkway, Columbus, OH 43215
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn warehouse procedures
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
