Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Collaborate with product managers and designers to build scalable software solutions and web applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
- Testing: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and user satisfaction.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for new features and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#. Experience with React, Angular, or Node.js is a major plus.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
