Core Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT service tickets within SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to maintain system security and data integrity.
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications and office protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and connectivity issues.
- Must be available to work onsite in Raleigh, NC, immediately.
