Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous inspections: Perform detailed quality checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document findings: Accurately record inspection results and create non-conformance reports (NCRs) when necessary.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with production staff to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and internal safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Metric analysis: Monitor and report on daily quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs is essential.
