Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex manufacturing equipment during the night shift to ensure continuous production flow.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections and testing on finished products to meet ISO standards.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical malfunctions in machinery and resolve them with minimal downtime.
- Document production data, machine logs, and quality reports accurately for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in a high-paced environment.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of precision measurement tools and instruments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Technical or Vocational Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or technical support.
- Must be available to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic electrical systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with manufacturing software (MES) is a plus.
