Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight warehouse and manufacturing positions
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage onboarding processes for new night shift hires including background checks and drug screens
- Coordinate with client facilities to ensure seamless shift coverage and staffing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Resolve staffing emergencies during overnight shifts with 24/7 on-call availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with focus on industrial/manufacturing roles
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and warehouse operations
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates during non-traditional hours
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client site visits
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
