Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, registration, and guest management
- Provide exceptional customer service and brand ambassadorship
- Manage inventory and equipment distribution at venues
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot operational issues
- Document post-event activities and client feedback
- Maintain professional appearance per client standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility with evening/weekend availability
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Customer service or hospitality background a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
