Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Organize and distribute company mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative requests as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
