Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials with high efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock within the facility.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, inventory, and package verification.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
