Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Sort, pack, and organize merchandise according to established safety and quality standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and update stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including labeling and boxing.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
