Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely operate equipment to move products in and out of the facility.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and documenting inventory changes.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package items for shipment, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and quantity checks.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
