Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, managing inventory counts and documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic reading and math skills for ticketing and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
