Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Stock merchandise and maintain a neat, organized, and clean workspace.
- Perform inventory counts and verify accuracy of stock against records.
- Assist in moving materials and products throughout the facility.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
