Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
