Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, including scheduling meetings and managing travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, emails, and meeting minutes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming phone calls and visitor inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking detailed messages.
- Perform essential data entry tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with event coordination, including venue booking, catering logistics, and attendee communication.
- Support various departmental projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Proofread documents and presentations to ensure brand consistency and error-free quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role or temporary staffing environment is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
