Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative needs as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible working hours.
