Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld devices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
