Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move pallets and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Scan, sort, and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels in the WMS system.
- Operate warehouse management software to track shipments and update order statuses.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
