Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Sort, file, and manage physical and digital documents to ensure organized records.

- Assist with data verification to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily progress and urgent requests.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative support is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
