- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the internal CRM system.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed, error-free records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for immediate start.
