Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Screen incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Assist with event coordination, meeting preparation, and catering logistics.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
