Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through cold outreach and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at job fairs and networking events in the Illinois area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client site visits).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
