Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from offer negotiation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the San Antonio market.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Staffing, or Sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, .NET, Java, SQL, etc.).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Location: Must be willing to work in our San Antonio, TX office.
