Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and recruitment timelines.
