Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in tech staffing
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles (Python, cloud architecture, cybersecurity)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
