Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Client Relationship Management: Consult with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates and ensure timely follow-ups to secure placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technology stacks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, React, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
