Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief technical interviews efficiently to keep the pipeline moving.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions to provide accurate feedback to candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing Agency sales.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical job descriptions in Engineering, IT, and Healthcare.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
