Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and posting to negotiating offers and extending employment offers.
