Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and posting to negotiating offers and extending employment offers.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure rapid fill times for open requisitions.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to accurately track candidate progress and maintain data integrity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
