Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates for contract-to-hire and permanent placements
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with clients to define recruitment strategies and job requirements
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to manage candidate workflows
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring insights to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical stacks
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles in competitive markets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
