Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for clients across AI/ML, DevOps, and Cybersecurity domains
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize candidate evaluation processes
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate expertise
- Leverage data analytics to refine recruitment KPIs and improve conversion rates
- Build strategic relationships with tech communities, meetups, and industry influencers
- Manage CRM systems (Greenhouse/Lever) to ensure seamless candidate tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through niche platforms (Stack Overflow, Kaggle)
- Proven ability to assess technical skills for complex engineering roles
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and emerging tech trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or Technical field
