What You'll Do:
As a Technical Recruiter at Apex, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, acting as a consultant to our clients and a partner to our candidates. Your success will directly impact our company's growth and our clients' ability to innovate.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software development, and IT roles within the Austin market.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and presenting top talent to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid fulfillment of client orders.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier tech companies to understand their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to draft proposals, negotiate offers, and close placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar role within a staffing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, data science, or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
