What You'll Do:

As a Technical Recruiter at Apex, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, acting as a consultant to our clients and a partner to our candidates. Your success will directly impact our company's growth and our clients' ability to innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software development, and IT roles within the Austin market.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and presenting top talent to hiring managers.
