Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the placement process.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline and ensure accurate data entry in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
