Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for diverse IT roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches to identify passive candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in IT/staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent with deep understanding of IT roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Technical certifications (e.g., CTS, CERS) highly desirable
