Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search and social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals.
- Client Relations: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term partnerships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid fill rates for client orders.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on salary trends and industry shifts in the Kansas City tech market.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and facilitate smooth onboarding for successful placements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Tech Knowledge: Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and technical roles (DevOps, QA, Full Stack).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Drive: Self-starter mentality with the ability to meet tight deadlines and hit aggressive targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in a high-volume recruiting environment is a plus.
