Responsibilities
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and professional networks to identify and engage qualified technical candidates (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Science).
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates within the local Jacksonville market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Track and report on recruiting KPIs, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3+ years) in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and various technical stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
