In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various technical roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and administrative roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies to identify high-quality talent.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to meet immediate hiring demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and close placements effectively to ensure high retention rates.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the Los Angeles job market and technical industry trends.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
