As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring we fill critical roles with the best candidates in the market.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches) to identify top-tier candidates for technical positions.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients for immediate placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates within the Indianapolis area.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job order intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Foster long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the Indianapolis job market and technical industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
