Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for software development, IT infrastructure, and engineering roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/software industry
- Proven track record of placing candidates in developer, DevOps, and data roles
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or CTS preferred)
- Local Charlotte market knowledge required
