Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and product roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using Lever and Greenhouse ATS platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 20+ partner companies
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize pipeline weekly
- Onboard new hires with seamless orientation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on Silicon Valley tech roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate evaluation methodologies
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday)
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of closing 15+ roles monthly
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
