Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across Cleveland's tech corridor through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles spanning software development, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Cleveland-based tech startups and established enterprises
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for urgent contract-to-hire positions in Northeast Ohio
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows to achieve 48-hour candidate placement milestones
- Develop talent pipelines for emerging tech skills including AI/ML and IoT integration
- Contribute to Cleveland tech community initiatives through local meetups and university partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers and IT professionals
- Deep understanding of Cleveland's tech landscape and major employers (KeyCorp, Parker Hannifin, Sherwin-Williams)
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and niche sourcing platforms like Entelo and SeekOut
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies for roles spanning full-stack development to DevOps
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing high-demand candidates in competitive markets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) with data-driven optimization experience
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to client sites across Greater Cleveland
