Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in technical roles.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical staffing needs.
- Market Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events to identify passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Placement Management: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly pipeline reports to management.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Seattle tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or headhunting.
- Sales Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and placement goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical job descriptions and requirements for roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Support.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social recruiting tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
