Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and timeline needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate feedback to candidates and clients.
- Offer Negotiation: Navigate compensation packages and negotiate offers to secure top talent for our client partners.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Technology sector.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in Boolean search techniques and advanced LinkedIn recruiting strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of closing placements.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
