Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and timeline needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate feedback to candidates and clients.
