Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate capabilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at top Silicon Valley tech firms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill engineering and developer roles
- Provide market insights on salary trends and competitive talent landscape
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in Silicon Valley or similar tech hub
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across multiple tech stacks
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environment
