The Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of TalentBridge in the Dallas market. You will bridge the gap between top-tier talent and innovative clients, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Conducting in-depth phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the interview schedule.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
  • Writing compelling job descriptions and posting advertisements to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Providing market insights and salary benchmarks to candidates to facilitate successful placements.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong motivation will be considered).

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
