Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and pipeline
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
- Assist with job postings across digital platforms
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
