Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across diverse engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers at partner companies
- Utilize ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques to build robust pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent (software, DevOps, data)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of technical skills and hiring requirements
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
